About this project
Seton Education Partners serves as the charter management organization for the Brilla College Preparatory Charter School network, expanding access to academically excellent education in underserved communities.
Matter partnered with Seton on site search, feasibility analysis, and owner's representative services for multiple new elementary schools and teacher-housing feasibility studies.
We developed real estate and financing plans aligned with Seton's culture, financial resources, timing requirements, and space needs.
